Claudia Dubler

Claudia is a trained clerk in human resources and a team leader in social and socio-medical institutions with a federal certificate of competence. As the head of a day-care centre and care taker for people with disabilities, she has continually developed her sense of interpersonal relationships and has underpinned this professionally with courses in the disciplines of resilience, conflict resolution and communication. With her pronounced social competence, she contributes significantly to the healthy growth of the BEE team and relieves the team by creating efficient structures and processes.
